energy facts
Each of our projects is simulated according to a uniform evaluation procedure before construction according to the following parameters and evaluated during operation. This creates a circular recording of the relevant consumption.
The building impresses with the almost seamlessly processed materials wood, metal and stone. The contemporary interpretation of the gable roof and the lamella facade make it stand out from the existing building, while still appearing simple. In the living area with open kitchen and glazed garage, the family has an unobstructed view of the garden. Private areas are on the upper floor, the air space extends to the roof. The incised loggia creates an additional free space through which daylight enters. Everything looks bright and friendly. In the basement there is a separately accessible granny flat plus loggia.
The interiors are made of robust, honest materials: wood for window and door frames, exposed concrete walls and stoneware floors. The swing garage door is a custom-made product, it transitions from the wooden to the metal surface. We have unobtrusively integrated ventilation outlets and eaves on the roof so that everything looks like it was made from one piece.
