Calling the project a villa would be a misnomer. A property of superlatives - thehyper villa- it is better with an engaging living and working environment. The concise, timeless architecture locates the luxury home appropriately on the park-like grounds.

The fantastic property has 14,000 m2, which includes its own forest with a river. There is a show garage for 18 vehicles, a wellness oasis, a large pool and sauna and fitness areas with a pantry. In addition, an office wing plus conference zones and guest area with two apartments. Caretaker and portal buildings with their own right of way should not be missing either. And last but not least, the actual living and recreation area. In total, that is more than 2000 m2 of usable space.

 

The architecture of the building ensemble is clear, powerful and at the same time discreet. The upper level of the residential domicile, also called the aviator, is clad in white ceramics. Here are the private living and sleeping areas, lobby, additional rooms, dressing rooms, offices for the owners and a library. The 50 m long bar lies on manually layered discs clad with Swiss stone slips. They give the building lightness, structure and stability. The plane slides over the completely glazed living area and cantilevers 7 meters. It looks spectacular and the overhang covers the terrace. The white ceramic surfaces, dark slats, stone slips, shadow gaps and ribbon windows are the connecting design elements of all buildings. As grandiose and spacious as the property is, the one- and two-storey buildings stand back from the neighbourhood. The historical stock of trees and the green of the elaborately tended gardens offer discretion in a natural way.

The interior is just as concerted as the architecture: in the offices, for example, there is a table and tulip chairs by Aero Saarinen and chairs by Verner Panton. Other design icons of rank and name have found their place in all rooms of the domicile. Upon entering the huge lobby, the sculptural staircase made of solid stone impresses. The play of light from the one hundred Bocci luminous glass balls is enchanting and underscores the extraordinary nature of this imposing living and working environment.

 

Of course, the entire technical equipment is also state of the art. For example, the 4.5 meter high glazing, which retracts into specially designed wall pockets. Thus, when the window is open, the interior of the living area merges seamlessly with the outside. Elegant metal mesh curtains hang casually in the wind and glitter in the flat light of the morning or evening sun. This is how savoir vivre works.

By the way: What the builders and we are equally enthusiastic about is the proportion of renewable energies. It's almost 100 percent. The most important results and technical components at a glance:
